How to Make Teriyaki Salmon Skewers

1. Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon into even bite-sized cubes. Place the salmon into a bowl and coat generously with teriyaki sauce. Mix well.

2. Assemble the skewers: Thread 2–3 pieces of salmon onto each skewer.

3. Bake: Place the skewers on a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

4. Add extra glaze: Brush another layer of teriyaki sauce over the cooked salmon for extra flavour and shine.

5. Finish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped chives before serving hot.
