How to Make Teriyaki Beef Skewers with Air Fryer
1. Assemble the skewers: Thread beef, onion, and capsicum alternately onto skewers.
2. First glaze: Place skewers on a plate and drizzle generously with Sim Sim Food Studio Chinatown teriyaki sauce. Add a pinch of black pepper.
3. Air fry: Place skewers in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
4. Flip and glaze again: Halfway through cooking, flip the skewers and brush with more teriyaki sauce for a rich, glossy finish.
5. Finish and serve: Once the beef is cooked and slightly charred, remove from the air fryer. Drizzle extra teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
