Spicy Bacon & Mushroom Pasta

How to Make Spicy Bacon & Mushroom Pasta

1. Cook the pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the aromatics: Heat a pan with a little oil. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant.

3. Cook the bacon and mushrooms: Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned. Stir in the bacon and cook until slightly crispy.

4. Build the sauce: Add a spoonful of Chilli Oil and stir to release the aroma. Pour in the cream and mix well to form a rich, slightly spicy sauce.

5. Combine: Add the cooked pasta into the pan and toss until evenly coated and the sauce thickens slightly. Plate the pasta, add a small drizzle of chilli oil on top, and finish with black pepper.
