How to Make Sichuan Prawn Toast

1. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine prawn paste, salt, pepper, minced ginger, and chopped coriander. Mix well.

2. Bind the mixture: Add egg white and corn flour, then stir until a smooth, sticky paste forms.

3. Assemble: Spread a generous layer of the prawn mixture onto each slice of bread.

4. Glaze: Brush egg yolk over the top to create a golden finish.

5. Air fry: Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for about 5 minutes, until the topping is cooked and the bread is crispy.

6. Finish and serve: Drizzle with Sweet & Sour Sauce and serve immediately.
