How to Make Pan-fried Teriyaki Tofu

1. Prep the tofu: Slice the tofu into thick square pieces (about 6–8 pieces). Pat dry with paper towel to help achieve a crispy texture.

2. Pan-fry:Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until one side turns golden and crispy, then flip and repeat on the other side.

3. Glaze: Pour teriyaki sauce over the tofu. Let it simmer for about a minute until the sauce thickens and coats each piece evenly.

4. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with extra sauce, and serve immediately.
