How to Make Crispy Enoki Rice Paper Rolls

1. Prepare the rice paper: Soak a sheet of rice paper in water until soft and pliable.

2. Layer the filling: Lay the rice paper flat. Place a sheet of nori on top, followed by a small bundle of enoki mushrooms. Roll everything tightly into a log. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

3. Pan-fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden and crispy on all sides.

4. Serve: Serve hot with Sichuan-style sweet and sour sauce on the side for dipping.
